The property has no elevator, which was quite frustrating for us. The stairs are steep and narrow, making it difficult to navigate, especially with luggage. We also noticed some ants in the bathroom, which was less than pleasant.

I was absolutely shocked by the lack of a functioning elevator. Also, the noise from other guests was horrendous! I almost gave a good review when I noticed nobody upgraded my room despite my obvious expectations. What a shame that my stay was ruined by such trivialities.

The restaurant serves an amazing breakfast, particularly the Spanish breakfast, and the staff provided stellar service throughout the stay.
